Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for 20 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  6. Gently stir in the mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, and nuts if using.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream layer.
  9. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Garnish with additional whipped topping and maraschino cherries before serving.
