Description

Cinnamon Roll Cream Lasagna is a decadent no-bake layered dessert featuring soft cinnamon roll pieces, luscious cream cheese filling, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and a drizzle of sweet icing. It captures all the flavors of a classic cinnamon roll in a chilled dessert lasagna.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
  • Reserved cinnamon roll icing packets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to cinnamon roll package directions.
  2. Bake the cinnamon rolls until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool completely, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  6. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  8. Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  9. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  10. Repeat the layers with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and cream mixture.
  11. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top.
  12. Drizzle with the reserved cinnamon roll icing and caramel sauce if using.
  13. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  14. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  15. Slice and serve chilled.
