Description

A rich and creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta loaded with tender chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and a velvety, cheesy sauce—comfort food at its best.


Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a gentle simmer and add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Return cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
  • Do not overcook pasta to keep it al dente.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • Adjust sauce thickness with more broth if needed.
