Description

A quick and indulgent creamy shrimp Alfredo made in just 15 minutes, featuring tender shrimp tossed in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce over pasta.


Ingredients

  • 250g fettuccine pasta
  • 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Return shrimp to the pan and mix gently.
  9. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with parsley.
  10. Serve immediately while warm.
