Description

Juicy steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce for a quick and indulgent meal.


Ingredients

  • 500g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth and scrape up browned bits from the pan.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

  • Do not overcrowd the pan when searing to ensure a good crust.
