Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Extra whipped topping for garnish
  • Whole strawberries for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for 20 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream layer.
  8. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  9. Stir in cold water and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
