Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Spread the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer.
- Top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture through the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze evenly over the warm cake.
- Let the glaze set before slicing and serving.

- Do not over-swirl the cinnamon mixture or the layers may blend together.
- For extra richness, substitute melted butter for the vegetable oil.
