Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring constantly.
- Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Return steak to the skillet and add crumbled beef bacon.
- Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the pasta and gently toss.
- Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
