Ingredients

  • 500g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding the pan.
  4. Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to develop a crust.
  5. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and herbs.
  7. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and well coated.
