Ingredients
- 500g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot.
- Add steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding the pan.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to develop a crust.
- Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and herbs.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and well coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
