Description
A hearty one-pot creamy beef pasta made with tender ground beef, rich tomato-cream sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta—all in a single pan for an easy, comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 400g ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce, then add pasta. Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
- Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking.
- Add more broth if the pasta absorbs too much liquid.
- You can include vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
