Description

A hearty one-pot creamy beef pasta made with tender ground beef, rich tomato-cream sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta—all in a single pan for an easy, comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 400g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce, then add pasta. Stir well to combine.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
  8. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking.
  • Add more broth if the pasta absorbs too much liquid.
  • You can include vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
