Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and flour.
- Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.
- Mix sugar, orange zest, and orange juice to create the filling.
- Spread the orange filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls into a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake rolls for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and orange zest until smooth.
- Spread glaze over warm rolls.
- Serve fresh and enjoy.
