Ingredients

- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Combine the cookie crumbs, toasted coconut, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, pandan extract, vanilla extract, and coconut cream. Beat until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pandan mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Spread the whipped cream over the bars.
- Sprinkle generously with toasted coconut.
- Garnish with pandan leaves and white chocolate shavings if desired.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
