Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, onion, garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and black pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing for the topping.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the topping evenly over the surface.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
