Description

Parmesan Ranch Turkey Meatloaf is a juicy and flavorful twist on classic meatloaf, made with lean ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning. Baked until tender and topped with a savory Parmesan glaze, this comforting dish is perfect for weeknight dinners and meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Topping:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, onion, garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and black pepper.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing for the topping.
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the topping evenly over the surface.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the meat mixture to keep the meatloaf tender.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan provides the best flavor.
  • Ground chicken can be substituted for turkey.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a side salad.
  • Leftovers make excellent sandwiches and can be stored refrigerated for up to 4 days.
