Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, oil, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
