A creamy and refreshing no-bake dessert layered with graham crackers, cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping. Perfect for summer gatherings and easy to prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix

  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly mixed.
  2. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the crust.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  8. Spread the pudding mixture over the strawberries.
  9. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top.
  10. Drizzle strawberry preserves lightly over the dessert.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  12. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, chill overnight to allow layers to set properly.
  • You can substitute frozen strawberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping if preferred.
