A creamy and refreshing no-bake dessert layered with graham crackers, cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping. Perfect for summer gatherings and easy to prepare ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- Additional strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly mixed.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the strawberries.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Drizzle strawberry preserves lightly over the dessert.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

- For best results, chill overnight to allow layers to set properly.
- You can substitute frozen strawberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Use homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping if preferred.
