- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any seams.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix until fully combined.
